I don't mind when people use my art so long as they ask or even a note of: "hey, I'm using this as a wallpaper, just wanted to let you know!". Knowing where and how your art is being used is always nice for any artist, even from the smallest icon to a full scale image that took months to make.. Now this isn't about art theft, some one claiming the work as their own.. thats a completely different story.. This is about a person taking an artists work for personal use, like a wallpapper or an avatar.
